Frakt og levering
Gratis standardfrakt til Norge og Europa. Til USA og Canada er standardfrakten gratis fra 300 NOK etter rabatter.
Alle bestillinger pakkes for hånd med stor omtanke og sendes fra Sandnes, Norge.
Forberedelsestid
Alle smykker er håndlaget, og enkelte produkter lages på bestilling. Normal forberedelsestid er 1–3 virkedager før forsendelse.
Levering i Norge
Vi sender med Posten Norge. Estimert leveringstid er normalt 2–5 virkedager etter at bestillingen er sendt.
Fraktkostnader i Norge og Europa
Vi tilbyr gratis standardfrakt uten minimumsbeløp til Norge og de europeiske landene vi leverer til. Tilgjengelige leveringsalternativer vises i kassen når du har oppgitt leveringsadressen din.
Frakt til USA og Canada
Standardfrakt koster 210 NOK for bestillinger under 300 NOK. For bestillinger fra og med 300 NOK er standardfrakten gratis.
Grensen for gratis frakt beregnes etter at eventuelle rabatter er trukket fra, og før avgifter. Hvis handlekurven kommer under 300 NOK etter bruk av en rabattkode, tilkommer standardfrakt på 210 NOK.
Gratis standardfrakt legges automatisk til når vilkårene er oppfylt. Du trenger ingen fraktkode. Velkomstrabatten på 10 % kan brukes samtidig, men beløpet etter rabatten må være minst 300 NOK for å få gratis standardfrakt til USA og Canada.
Sporing
Tilgjengelige frakt- og sporingsalternativer samt eventuelle tillegg vises i kassen.
Internasjonal leveringstid
Leveringstiden for internasjonale bestillinger varierer avhengig av destinasjon, transportør og eventuell tollbehandling.
Toll og avgifter
Ved internasjonale bestillinger kan lokale tollavgifter, skatter eller importgebyrer påløpe. Eventuelle slike kostnader betales av kunden.
Forsinkelser
Vi gjør alltid vårt beste for å sende bestillingen så raskt som mulig. I travle perioder eller ved forsinkelser hos transportøren kan leveringstiden bli noe lengre.

Shipping and delivery
Free standard shipping to Norway and Europe. Standard shipping to the USA and Canada is free on orders of 300 NOK or more after discounts.
All orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped from Sandnes, Norway.
Processing time
All jewelry is handmade, and some items are made to order. The normal processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery within Norway
Orders are shipped with Posten Norge. Estimated delivery time is normally 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs within Norway and Europe
We offer free standard shipping with no minimum order amount to Norway and the European countries we deliver to. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Shipping to the USA and Canada
Standard shipping costs 210 NOK for orders below 300 NOK. Standard shipping is free for orders of 300 NOK or more.
The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts have been deducted and before taxes. If your cart total falls below 300 NOK after applying a discount code, a standard shipping charge of 210 NOK applies.
Free standard shipping is applied automatically when the conditions are met. No shipping code is needed. The 10% welcome discount can be used at the same time, but your total after the discount must be at least 300 NOK to qualify for free standard shipping to the USA and Canada.

International delivery times
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and possible customs processing.
Customs and import fees
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods or in the event of carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
